I value your time and am committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure fairness to both our clients and myself , I have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Notification Requirement: I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and adjust my schedule accordingly.
2. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost. This fee helps compensate our team for the reserved time and resources.
3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (i.e., you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notification), you will be charged the full service cost.
4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the cancellation fee.
5. Exceptions: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or family crises, I may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
